Digital Printing
DIGITAL PRINTING— The preferred option when you need printing FAST, especially for smaller quantities (1000 or less). Digital runs are set up quickly, since they don’t require the plates and ink washes inherent to offset printing. The image is sent from computer to printer, which uses toner rather than ink and has no drying time. Major recent improvements in image quality and registration convinced us to purchase a Xerox Docu-Color 250.

Custom Offset Printing
This traditional method of printing is generally used for fine design, any job with custom specifications, volume orders of of 1000 or more units and sheet sizes over 13x19.
Offset printing provides the widest platform for specialty touches such as textured papers, spot color and metallic inks, embossing, foilstamping and diecutting.
Can you tell the difference between offset and digital printing? Many of our customers have the training to see the difference and they prefer the traditional form of printing. Offset inks absorb into the pores rather than stick strictly to the surface of paper as toner does, creating a rich, saturated look. Registration may be more precise with offset meaning type is more readable and photographs look sharper. There is less of a tendency for streaking in areas of solid color. Offset printing also allows coatings to be applied which may be shiny, satin or dull, while this level of control is not an option in digital printing.
Offset printing offers greater economy on larger orders, i.e 1000 units or more. The machine is made for putting out large volumes with relatively little intervention once set up. For shorter runs, digital printing is often quicker and more cost effective. WIGT offers both and makes a recommendation on a job-by-job basis.
Bindery
BINDERY makes a finished product out of printed sheets. We do all forms of professional finishing work, including custom applications for mailing packages, training manuals, brochures, folders, hangtags, and booklets. And of course, we also do folding, stapling, scoring, collating, drilling, stringing and other assembly to create the final presentation.
Diecutting
DIECUTTING takes printing into another dimension, with non-rectangular shapes, pockets and windows. Who says a business card has to be 2" x 3.5"? or that a hangtag has to be rectangular? Not us! WIGT knows that creative projects often require creative shapes. Diecutting may be combined with printing, embossing and/or foil stamping in a wide range of applications and sizes. We do it all.
Foil-Stamping
LOVE THAT METALLIC, jewel-like look for lettering on your business card or folder? That’s foil stamping and we love it, too. Not only for its shiny quality, but also for the slight emboss that occurs when the image is stamped on paper. Foil provides an elegance that can’t be achieved any other way. We provide it alongside our other print services as an important specialty product.
Fulfillment
TO SAVE YOU TIME, we get the job to your final destination so you don’t have to do it yourself. Each client may choose Fed Ex or UPS for all services including overnight, 2-day, 3-day and ground. Please let us know your preference and order destination(s) at the time you place your order.
