SUBMITTING FILES

All artwork must be submitted in a PDF format, 1UP with 1/8" bleeds and crop marks. If you know what that means... you are ready to use our on-line site or send files to a WIGT team member! If these specs do not make sense, no worries... we are here to help! Give us a call!

PRINTING METHODS

Digital Printing: Our high quality, toner based digital press is best for quick turn times and short runs. Digital prints are created from CMYK formula. However, we can spot match to simulate most pantone colors. You can choose from a variety of papers and have a hardcopy proof in your hands in a flash. Turn time is 2-3 business days.

Custom Offset Printing (1-2 colors): For those that prefer a specific color match, this is the method for you. Colors chosen from a pantone book will be hand mixed with soy inks and printed on a 2 color press. The turn time for this process is about 10 business days.

Thermography (1-2 colors): Raise your prints to a whole new level! Thermography uses a special powder and heat to create raised printing. Turn time is about 7-10 business days.

Embossing, Foil Stamp & Die Cutting: Looking for a more unique print method? WIGT can customize your printing by embossing, foil stamping and die cutting. We can do it all! Turn time is about 10 business days.

Gang-run Offset Printing: We use large press sheets with specific papers and coatings to run multiple jobs at one time. This allows us to keep costs low and still provide premium quality printing to our customers. This method is ideal for large quantities and takes about 8 business days to turn.
